The Fogbinder
Quest text
At the bottom of the Bastion waits Vael the Fogbinder, Morthen's master, Voss's master, the voice that has drowned a hundred travelers to raise itself an army. He is far beyond any one hero: take four companions, no fewer. End him, $N, and the fen's dead may finally lie still.

Vael is dead, and the mist is lifting for the first time in years. But Maren heard his last words, and they freeze my blood: 'The Wyrm stirs beneath the peaks.' The sect serves something older than we ever guessed, $N. Rest while you can: the mountains are next.
